		<description><![CDATA[Josh, I agree - engineering, documentation etc. communities are exists, but they are not driving activities and not connected to processes. Actually, for me, this connection between processes and &quot;social like&quot; activities (I think, Chris articulated it very well in his comments this week) is one of the key points. With regards to #1, I think today&#039;s PLM systems are mostly ignoring it. Capturing made by implementations and services mostly. Regards, Oleg.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[all good Oleg, I like the first one. I think we try to revamp things before laying out what&#039;s already there or saying, fit this into what&#039;s there. Capture them, then refine them.

The communities? good too, but they already exist right. engineering, documentation, production. We need to connect them better. smarts inside CAD/PLM that let each person/party that needs to be involved be part of the conversation/decision automatically!
